Umingle Account Blocked With False Age Reason

My Umingle.com account was suddenly banned today with the reason shown as “Under 18”, even though I am not under 18. Along with this ban, the site shows a message with a Ban ID 64968025 and asks for a payment of Rs 499 via credit card for “Instant Unban”. I have not made any payment, but I find it unacceptable that my account is blocked with an incorrect age-related reason and that access is linked to paying money. I want my account ban to be removed as soon as possible and my access to be restored without any payment, and I also request a clear explanation of why this ban was applied despite the fact that I am not under 18.
