Umingle Banned My Account Without Warning, I Request to Reactivate

I am writing to report that my account on Umingle was banned from the main chat after I sent a single message saying “F or M”. I later learned that asking about gender is against the platform rules, but at the time I did not realize this and did not intend to violate any guidelines or make anyone uncomfortable. There was no warning or prior notice before the ban, and I am now unable to access the main chat at all. I have not yet been able to contact support from inside the platform because I was using the website version and only saw the ban message when trying to use the main chat. I respectfully request that my ban be reviewed and that I be given a second chance. I am willing to fully follow all community rules going forward and avoid asking any questions that might break the guidelines. I would appreciate it if my ban could be lifted or converted into a less severe penalty so that I can continue using Umingle in line with the rules.
