I Was Unaware Of The Gender Searching Rule - Umingle

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which has just been blocked a few minutes ago. I was not aware of the rule about gender searching and I unintentionally violated it by asking one person “f or m” to understand their gender. I did not mean to break any rules and I only asked this one time. After this, I lost access to the site and I am currently unable to use Umingle. I was not given any previous warning and I did not know that such a question was not allowed by the platform’s rules. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the block be removed, considering that this was a one‑time, unintentional mistake caused by not knowing the specific rule about gender searching. If necessary, I am ready to follow all community guidelines more carefully from now on.
