Umingle Gender Seeking Ban Complaint

I am an active Umingle user and I access my account through the website. Today, while I was using the service, my account was suddenly banned without any prior warning or clear explanation. The ban occurred right after I sent a chat message in which I only asked the other person’s gender, simply to know who I was talking to. I was not using any offensive or inappropriate language, and I did not receive any notice inside the platform that such a question would be considered a violation of the rules or community guidelines. For this reason, I believe that my account was wrongly restricted and that this ban may have been the result of a mistake or an intentional report by another user. My Umingle case ID is 327e9366. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and that I be clearly informed if asking about someone’s gender is indeed considered a violation, and if so, that users be warned in advance about this. If this action is not actually against the rules, I expect my account to be reinstated as soon as possible so that I can continue meeting and talking with other people on the platform. I request that this situation be investigated in detail and that my access be restored if there is no real breach of the community guidelines.
