Umingle Account Banned on First Day for Asking About Gender

I recently joined Umingle and, on the same day, my account was banned. At the time of the ban, I was only trying out the website and I asked someone about their gender, without knowing that this was considered a violation of the platform’s rules. Since today, I have been unable to access my account. I had no intention of breaking any rules and would have acted differently if I had been clearly informed that such a question was not allowed. I kindly request that my ban be lifted and my account restored, preferably with a warning instead of a permanent ban, and that I be given clearer information about the rules so that I can use Umingle properly in the future.
