Appeal Against Umingle Account Ban
I am writing to report that my Umingle mobile app account was recently banned, and I believe this may have happened due to a misunderstanding. In one of my conversations, I asked “male or female” a single time to understand the other person’s gender, and shortly after that my account was banned for “gender searching.” The ban occurred about a week ago, and since then I have been unable to access my account. I have not contacted Umingle support about this issue before; this is my first attempt to resolve the situation. I would like my account to be reviewed and reactivated if possible. If my behavior unintentionally violated the rules, I would prefer to receive a warning or temporary measure instead of a permanent ban. I also kindly request a clear explanation of which specific rule I violated so that I can avoid repeating the same mistake in the future.
