Umingle Ban After Typing “M15” Without Warning or Explanation

I have been using the Umingle website with a regular account, and on April 24 at around 12:00 PM, I was suddenly banned right after another user on a call asked me to type “M15” in the chat. I followed this instruction, and immediately afterward, I was banned from joining calls. I am still able to log in to my account, but I cannot join any calls because the system now shows a message asking me to pay ₹99 for an “instant unban.” I was not given any clear explanation for this action, nor was I informed of any specific rule violation. I believe this ban, along with the requirement to pay for unbanning, is unfair—especially since I only typed what another user asked and was not warned that it could violate any policy. I request that this ban be reviewed and removed without any payment requirement, that my access to calls be fully restored, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of what caused this issue so I can avoid similar problems in the future.
