Request To Lift Ban - Umingle

I am an Umingle user from Indonesia and my account was recently banned while I was using your service. Someone in the app told me to write “u13” and, not knowing what it meant, I followed what they said. After that, my account was banned and I can no longer use or play Umingle. When I try to access my account, I receive a code that indicates I am banned. I do not understand the exact reason for this ban, because I only wrote what another user told me to write and I was not informed clearly about what rule I supposedly violated. What I find even more concerning is that Umingle is asking me to pay money in order to remove the ban on my account. I believe this is unfair, especially since I did not intentionally try to break any rules and was not properly informed. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again without requiring any payment, and that the ban be lifted if there is no serious or intentional violation. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the ban so that I can avoid any issues in the future.
