I Need Umingle to Remove a False Ban Triggered by F12

I am writing regarding a permanent ban that was recently applied to my Umingle account on iOS after I typed “F12” in the chat. This happened yesterday while I was using the app, and I was suddenly and permanently banned as soon as I sent that message. The only reason I typed “F12” was because another user asked me to do so, saying it would help him get “unbanned” from typing. I did not intend to violate any rules, I was simply following what another user suggested, and I had no warning or indication that sending “F12” in the chat could trigger an automatic permanent ban. Now my account is permanently banned unless I pay 6 euros, which I find very unfair because I did not do anything harmful or malicious. I believe this is a false ban caused by an issue in your automated system that flags messages like “F12” (and apparently also “M15”) and permanently bans users who fall into this trap. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without any payment requirement, as I did not knowingly break any rules, and that this incident be removed from my record. In addition, I ask you to review and fix the issue with “F12” and “M15” in the chat so that other users are not unfairly and permanently banned just for typing these terms. I have not been able to find a clear way to contact Umingle support directly about this situation, so I am explaining everything here and asking you to check my account history and chat logs to see that I did not engage in any abusive behavior. I expect a fair review of my case, the removal of the ban, and a correction of the system that caused this problem.
