Umingle Banned Me After Another User Misled Me in Chat

I am writing about an unfair ban that was applied to my Umingle account while I was using the web version in my browser on 4 May 2026. I was chatting just for fun when another user told me to text “f14” to him. I did not know this would violate any rules. I was tricked into doing it, and shortly after this, I was banned from the platform. I have not received any clear explanation on the site about the exact reason or duration of this ban, and I still cannot access my account. I did not intend to break any rules, and I only followed what another user told me without understanding the consequences. I kindly request that my account ban be removed and that my access to Umingle be restored. I also ask that my situation be reviewed, including the relevant chat logs, so it is clear that I was misled by another user and had no bad intentions.
