Umingle Banned My Account For Inappropriate Content By Mistake
I am using the Umingle Android app in the Philippines and on May 25, 2026 my account was suddenly banned with the explanation “inappropriate content.” I did not share any inappropriate content or violate the rules to my knowledge, so I believe this ban is a mistake. After the ban, I contacted Umingle support to object to this decision and ask for clarification, but I have not received any response to my complaints so far. This situation is unfair and prevents me from using the service even though I did not do anything wrong. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban be removed as soon as possible, and that I be informed about the result.
