Umingle Banned My Account Without Warning or Explanation
I have been using the Umingle application on my Android phone, and on 20 May my account was suddenly banned without any warning or explanation. I did not receive any message or notice in the app about the reason for this ban. I have not yet been able to reach Umingle support about this situation, but I believe there has been a mistake because I am not aware of violating any rules. I would like my account ban to be removed and my account to be reactivated, and I also request a clear explanation of the reason for the ban if there is any valid ground. I kindly ask you to review my account in detail and inform me of the result as soon as possible.
Progress
I recently received a ban on my Umingle account with the stated reason that I am under 18, and since that moment I have been unable to use my account at all. This ban was applied just about a minute before I am writing this text, without any prior warning or detailed explanation. I have not yet been asked to submit any documents or verify my age, and I have also not contacted support before this complaint. I believe this ban was applied in error. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned and reactivated, and that my situation be reviewed as soon as possible.
