I Got Banned on Umingle With No Warning or Rule Violation

I was using the Umingle social platform on my Android phone on April 19, 2026, when my account was suddenly banned without any clear reason. A few minutes before the ban, I was chatting with a stranger, and one user sent a message saying “M10.” Aside from this, I did not share any personal information, use offensive language, or engage in any inappropriate behavior that could violate the platform’s rules.

I did not receive any warning or clear explanation from Umingle about which rule I allegedly violated, and I believe this ban was a mistake. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, the ban be removed, and my access fully restored. I also ask that any negative record related to this incorrect ban be cleared from my account history so I can continue using the platform without issues.
