Umingle Account Banned Without Reason - Support Gave No Solution
I am writing to complain about my Umingle account being banned without any clear explanation. My account was banned last week while I was using the app in the Philippines, and I do not know the reason for this action. I contacted Umingle support about the ban, and they told me to contact Xolvie in order to have my account unbanned. I enjoy using Umingle a lot and I use it especially when I feel bored, so losing access to my account has affected me and I would like this situation to be reviewed. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and unbanned, or that I am at least informed clearly about the specific reason for the ban so that I can correct any issue if needed.
