I have been using the Umingle application for about one month and on May 31, 2026 my account was suddenly banned. The ban notice stated that it was due to sexual content, but I did not share or engage in any sexual content in the app and I do not know what concrete behaviour this decision is based on. After I saw that my account was banned, I sent an email to Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. Not being informed and not getting any feedback despite reaching out has been very disappointing and has left me completely in the dark about the situation. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban applied to my account be removed, and that I be given clear information about what led to this decision. I want to continue using Umingle, but I would like this unjust ban to be lifted and my account to be reactivated.
