I am writing regarding my Umingle account registered with the email address johnpaulam****@gmail.com, which appears to have been banned without a clear explanation. I am using the service from the Philippines and discovered the ban on April 22, 2026, after being unable to access my account and seeing that it was blocked, allegedly due to explicit messages.
I have not received any clear or detailed information from Umingle about which specific rule I am supposed to have violated, nor have I been given any opportunity to provide my side or appeal the decision. As a user, I believe I should at least be informed about the exact reason for such a serious action on my account.
