Umingle Banned My Account and Demanded Payment to Unban
I am an Umingle user from Indonesia and on 27 May 2026 at around 3:50 p.m. I was suddenly banned while I was chatting with a person from Egypt. I was not doing anything inappropriate when this happened. Right after the ban, I saw a message that I had to pay 39.000 in order to be unbanned, which I find very unfair because I did nothing wrong and have never made any payments or purchases on Umingle before. At the moment I cannot access my account and I only want to be able to chat with everyone again. I could not find any clear contact address for support, so I am sharing my situation here. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that this unfair ban be removed, so that I can continue using Umingle normally again.
