Umingle Account Banned and Forced Paid Unban After Messages
I am writing regarding an issue I experienced on the Umingle website on 22 May 2026. My account was suddenly banned on the interface and, at the same time, I was shown an option to pay a fee for an instant unban. I was informed that the reason was explicit messages, but I did not realize that my messages could be considered explicit in the first place. I find it unfair and problematic that access to my account is blocked while I am being pushed towards a paid unban option. I have not made any payment for this instant unban and I have not yet contacted Umingle support about this issue. I request that my account ban be removed, that the unbanning process be completely free of charge, and that I be clearly informed about which messages were evaluated as explicit. In addition, I ask that this practice of offering paid instant unbans in such situations be reviewed so that users are not pressured into paying in order to regain access to their accounts.
