Umingle Wrongly Banned My Account for Being Under 18

I am writing about my Umingle account, which has been banned because your system claims I am under 18 years old. I am currently 19 years old, so this ban is incorrect and very unfair to me. I use Umingle from Malaysia to meet and chat with strangers from other countries, and I did not violate any rules or do anything wrong before this happened. Around 26–27 May 2026, my access was suddenly blocked with the claim that I am under 18. I never tried to pretend to be younger, and I did not send any request or make any suspicious action on the website before the ban. This situation is preventing me from using your service even though I am legally old enough. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that my age status be corrected so I can continue using Umingle normally. I am ready to verify my age and identity if necessary so this mistake can be fixed as soon as possible.
