Umingle Account Incorrectly Banned As Under 18 After Chat Command

I am writing regarding an unfair ban on my Umingle account. On 17 May 2026, I was suddenly restricted and my account was marked as “under 18,” even though I am 19 years old. This situation started after someone in Umingle chat told me to type a specific command, “umingle f13” and after following that instruction I was banned for being underage. I live in Indonesia and I have not yet contacted Umingle support directly about this issue. I believe this is a misunderstanding or a misuse of the chat command that caused my account to be incorrectly classified as under 18. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, my real age of 19 years be taken into account, and that the under-18 ban on my Umingle account be removed so I can use the application normally again.
