On April 23, 2026, while I was in the middle of a conversation with a boy I met on Umingle.com, my access to the platform was suddenly blocked. The site says I was banned for “gender searching,” even though I was only chatting normally and was not misusing the platform in any way.
Right after the ban, Umingle started asking me to pay PKR 2,228.06 to get unbanned. I find this unacceptable because I am being asked to pay money to restore access after being banned without a clear or valid reason.
In addition, my IP address appears to have been banned directly. I was never asked to create or log into an account with a username or password, which makes it even harder for me to understand or challenge this decision.
I request that my ban be lifted without any payment and that my access to Umingle be restored. If Umingle believes there is a legitimate reason for this ban, I expect a clear and detailed explanation with concrete proof of the alleged violation instead of a generic “gender searching” reason. Please review this situation urgently and resolve it fairly.
