Umingle Banned For Gender Searching

I have an Umingle account which has suddenly been banned for “Gender Searching” even though I have not used the app for a long time before trying to log in again today. When I attempted to access my account on both my iPhone and the web version, I was shown a ban screen with a Ban ID and the reason “Gender Searching” along with an option for an “Instant Unban” only if I pay a fee via credit card. I do not agree with being banned for something I did not do recently, and I find it unfair that I am being asked to pay to recover access to my account. I request that my account be unbanned without any payment and that my access be restored as soon as possible, or else I would like a clear and detailed explanation of why this ban was applied in the first place.
