Wrongful Gender Searching Ban - Umingle

I am writing regarding the unfair ban of my Umingle account for “gender searching.” Today I tried to use the platform and I saw the “You are banned” screen with the reason “Gender Searching” and Ban ID beaaa5f4. I was then shown an “Instant Unban” option for €4.99 with Apple Pay, card and PayPal as payment methods. I do not accept being forced to pay to recover access to my account. I find it unacceptable that my account is permanently blocked and that the only concrete solution offered is to pay for an instant unban, instead of providing a clear explanation and a fair review of the case. My expectation is that my Umingle account is unbanned without any payment request and, if necessary, that you provide a transparent explanation of what specific rule I supposedly violated. I kindly ask you to review my situation, remove the ban from my account and allow me to use the service again.
