I Face A Wrong Under 18 Ban On My Umingle Account

I am an active user of Umingle.com and my account has just been banned with the ban ID “e09d8449” on the grounds that I am “Under 18”. I am in fact 18 years old, and I created my Umingle account on June 1, 2026. Right after starting to use the platform, I was suddenly banned with this incorrect reason, and since then I have not been able to access Umingle.com at all. Due to this ban, I cannot use my account from my main device, and I am also unable to access Umingle.com even from my second phone.
