I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was suddenly banned on July 8, 2026, due to an alleged age limit violation, even though I am an adult. I access Umingle both via the iOS app and through the website, and I was using the service normally when the ban appeared without any prior warning, request for age verification, or explanation. Since the ban, my account has been inaccessible for several hours, and I have not been given any clear reason other than the mention of the age limit. I have not yet been able to contact your support team about this issue, but I am formally stating that I am over the required age and that this ban is unjustified. I kindly request that you urgently review my case and lift the ban on my account so that I can regain access to Umingle. I also ask that you provide information on why this ban was applied and what I can do, if necessary, to verify my age in an appropriate and secure way.
