Umingle Banned For Under 18 Even Though I'm 18

I am writing about my Umingle account, which was banned on 1 June 2026 with the reason shown as “under 18,” even though I am 18 years old. Before the ban, the application never asked me to enter any age or identity information, nor did it request that I upload an ID or complete any separate age verification step. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned and has remained blocked for 4 days. I have searched for a way to contact Umingle support about this issue, but I have not been able to find any channel or form within the app or on your platforms to explain my situation and prove my age. I am legally 18 and would like my account to be reviewed and unbanned. I also request that you provide me with a clear way to verify my age if necessary and a contact channel where I can reach support in similar situations.
