I Face an Unexplained Umingle Account Ban on Android

I am an active user of the Umingle application on Android and my account was suddenly banned on 05/31/2026 at around 1:45 pm. I did not receive any clear reason or explanation for this ban, and there was no prior warning or notification about any alleged violation. I am not aware of breaking any rules or terms of use, and this situation has caused me serious inconvenience because I can no longer access my account and its features. Since no reason has been communicated to me, I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that I be informed if there is any specific issue. My main expectation is that my Umingle account be unbanned and fully restored as soon as possible so that I can continue using the service. If a mistake has been made in the automated or manual review process, I ask that this error be corrected and my access reinstated.
