Umingle Ban For Being Under 18 While I'm 19

I have been banned from the Umingle web platform on 10 September 2026 on the grounds that I am “under 18”, as shown in the attached screenshot, and the site is even asking for a payment of Rp39,900 to remove the ban under ID 08d4dff1. I am an adult, so this ban and the payment request are both very concerning and unclear to me. Umingle has not given me any clear or detailed explanation about why my account was flagged as under 18, how this assessment was made, or why a payment is being requested to lift the ban. I find it unacceptable that my account access is blocked and that I am being asked to pay without a transparent justification. I request a detailed explanation regarding why my account has been classified as under 18, on what basis this decision was made, and why a payment is required to remove the ban. I also ask that you review my account again, correct any mistake regarding my age status, and clearly inform me of the outcome in writing.
