Umingle Account Banned for Under 18 – Free Unban Request

I am writing regarding an issue with my Umingle account registered under the email address ezylamarch***@gmail.com. Today my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Under 18”, and a pop-up on the umingle.com website is asking for a payment of Rp39,900 to remove the ban. I am over 18 years old and fully meet the age requirement to use the platform. I have never provided any document, information or indication that I am under 18. Therefore, I believe this ban and the request for payment to “unban” the account are unjustified. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without any payment and that my full access be restored. If needed, I am ready to provide official identification documents (such as ID card, driver’s license, or passport) to verify my age and resolve this matter properly.
