Umingle Under 18 Ban Appeal – I Am 25 and Request Free Unban

To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding my Umingle account on the website version, which has been unfairly banned due to an alleged “under 18” violation. When I try to access my account on the website, a popup appears saying “You are banned” with the reason “Under 18” and it asks me to make an “Instant Unban” payment of Rp39,900 by credit card. I am not underage. I was born in 2001 and I am 25 years old this year, so the reason stated for my ban is incorrect. I believe there has been a mistake in how my age was evaluated, and as a result I am being blocked from using the service unless I pay, even though I clearly meet the age requirement. I kindly request that you review my account, correct my age information, and remove the ban without asking for any payment for “instant unban,” since the ban reason is not valid. I would like to regain normal access to my account on the Umingle website as soon as possible. I look forward to your response and a swift resolution to this issue.
