Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me As Under 18 On First Visit – Request Unban

I recently tried to use the Umingle website for the very first time. I did not register, create an account or log in; I simply pressed the video button once to connect with other people. Immediately after that, I received a “You are banned” message with the reason listed as “Under 18,” even though I had not even spoken, clicked skip, or clearly appeared on camera. I am over 18 and have never used this site before, so I do not understand why I was banned or how you determined that I was underage. The ban screen also shows a ban ID (a5f61bc5) and displays a payment form asking for Rp39,900, which makes it look like I have to pay to be unbanned, even though I did nothing wrong and was not even logged in. I request that my ban be completely removed, that any record associated with this ban ID be cleared, and that I be allowed to access and use the website normally. I also expect a clear explanation of why this ban was applied in the first place, and confirmation that I am not required to make any payment to fix an error that is not my fault.
