Umingle Instant Unban Payment Request After Unfair Underage Ban

I am an Umingle user from Indonesia and my account was suddenly banned today with the reason “under 18”. Right after the ban, I was shown a payment screen asking for Rp39,900 for an “Instant Unban” and requesting my bank card details. I am over 18 years old and I find it unfair that my account is blocked as if I were underage and that I am asked to pay to remove the ban. I am concerned that this payment screen may also put my financial and personal data at risk. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment, that my access be fully restored, and that no charges be taken from me in connection with this ban or the “Instant Unban” screen.
