uMingle Ban Appeal After Unexplained Account Suspension

I have been banned from my uMingle account on my Android phone without any clear explanation. When I try to access my account, there is no information about whether this is a permanent or temporary ban, and no specific reason is shown. Just before the ban, I was only messaging someone on the app and not violating any rules intentionally. I do not understand why my account was restricted and I have not received a detailed notice explaining the situation. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be removed. If you believe there was a violation, I would also like to receive a clear explanation of the reason so that I can avoid it in the future.
