uMingle Ban Appeal After Unexplained Account Suspension
I have been banned from my uMingle account on my Android phone without any clear explanation. When I try to access my account, there is no information about whether this is a permanent or temporary ban, and no specific reason is shown. Just before the ban, I was only messaging someone on the app and not violating any rules intentionally. I do not understand why my account was restricted and I have not received a detailed notice explaining the situation. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be removed. If you believe there was a violation, I would also like to receive a clear explanation of the reason so that I can avoid it in the future.

I am writing about my Umingle account being banned from the chat section without any valid reason. The ban notice says that I was “searching gender”, but this is not true and I did not engage in any behavior that should violate your rules.
My account was banned right now while I was using the chat, and I cannot access it anymore. I have never received any clear explanation, warning, or evidence about what I supposedly did wrong.
I urgently request that my account be immediately reviewed and that this ban be removed right now, as I believe it is a mistake. I would like you to check your logs and any records you have to see that I did not do what I am accused of. I also ask that you inform me in writing of the result of this review.
