Umingle Needs to Review My Sudden Account Ban

My Umingle account was suddenly banned on both the Android app and the website a short while ago without any explanation. I received no prior warning, notification, or clear reason that could justify this ban, and I am currently unable to access my account.

I would like a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was banned and on what basis this decision was made. If this ban was applied by mistake or based on a misunderstanding, I request that it be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible so I can continue using my account.
