Umingle Banned My Account For “Explicit Messages” I Never Sent
I am writing to complain about my normal user account on Umingle being banned without a valid reason. Yesterday night I was still able to use my account normally, but when I opened the app a short while ago, I was suddenly informed that my account had been banned. The message on the app stated that the ban reason was “explicit messages”. I have not sent any explicit messages, and I strongly believe this decision is a mistake, possibly due to a false report or an error in the system. This situation is very upsetting because I was using my account in line with the rules. So far, I have not been given any clear explanation beyond the brief ban message in the app, and I have not yet been able to reach a proper support channel. I learned that other users report their issues about Umingle through this platform, so I am explaining my situation here. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed in detail, that any misunderstanding regarding “explicit messages” be corrected, and that my account be unbanned and fully restored as soon as possible.
