Umingle Banned My iPhone Account Without Warning or Explanation
I am using Umingle on my iPhone and a short while ago my account was suddenly banned without any warning or explanation. I was actively using the application and only a few minutes later, when I tried to access my account again, I realized that I had been banned. I did not receive any prior notice about a violation, report, or similar issue. I do not know the reason for this ban and I believe there may have been a mistake or misunderstanding. I have not yet been able to reach support through the app or by email, so I am writing this complaint to request a detailed review of my account and information about the exact reason for the ban. I kindly request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that I be informed clearly about the justification for the ban, and that my access be reinstated if no valid violation is found.
