Umingle Asked Me to Pay Rp 39,900 to Unlock My Account

I have been unable to use the Umingle Android application for a long time because my account is blocked as supposedly being underage. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that I have been blocked and that I must pay 39.900 Rp to remove the block. I am already of legal age and I do not accept being asked to pay to open my access. I request that my account be re‑checked, that the underage blocking be removed without any payment, and that I can use the Umingle application again normally as soon as possible.
