Unban My Umingle Account Because I'm Not Under 18

I have been using the Umingle application on my Android phone and on 15 July I suddenly received a “You are banned” screen stating the reason as “Under 18” with a Ban ID e889f09b. On the same screen, the application is offering an “Instant Unban” option for 149 Philippine Pesos via Google Pay or bank card. I am 23 years old and I am not under 18, so this ban reason is incorrect and unfair. I also find it wrong that I am being asked to pay money just to remove a ban that is based on a false age assumption. I am sharing my national ID to confirm that I am over 18. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment and that I can continue to use the application normally. I kindly ask you to review my situation, correct this mistake and remove the underage ban from my account without charging any fee.
