Unban My Umingle Account Because I'm Not Under 18
I have been using the Umingle application on my Android phone and on 15 July I suddenly received a “You are banned” screen stating the reason as “Under 18” with a Ban ID e889f09b. On the same screen, the application is offering an “Instant Unban” option for 149 Philippine Pesos via Google Pay or bank card. I am 23 years old and I am not under 18, so this ban reason is incorrect and unfair. I also find it wrong that I am being asked to pay money just to remove a ban that is based on a false age assumption. I am sharing my national ID to confirm that I am over 18. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment and that I can continue to use the application normally. I kindly ask you to review my situation, correct this mistake and remove the underage ban from my account without charging any fee.
Im writing to talk about an automated ban on uMingle. A month ago, my device (iPad) was automatically restricted under the false claim that im under 18 and Im 19 years old and well over the legal age required by the platform.Ever since this automated mistake happened, my iPad has been completely locked out of the website. The site keep showing a fake "Please disable your VPN" message, which is clearly a device-level block used to hide the incorrect ban and force users into paying an absurd appeal fee. im currently trying to connect from a completely different city and network, yet my device is blocked.I refuse to pay any verification fee for an automated error caused by your own system.Please review my case and remove this restriction from your servers.Notice ID: e343d767
