Umingle Incorrectly Flagged Me as Underage

I have been using Umingle through the Android app via the website, and my account was suddenly banned today. The ban screen shows that I am banned and offers an “Instant Unban” option for Rp39,900. The reason appears to be that Umingle still thinks I am under 18, even though I am actually 19 years old. I am above the minimum age limit and therefore believe this ban is unfair and based on incorrect age information. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned and my access fully restored without any payment being requested from me. I kindly ask you to review my age information, correct any error in your system, and reopen my account as soon as possible.
