Umingle Account Unban Appeal

I am writing about my Umingle account on the website, which was suddenly banned. On the screen it says “You are banned” with Ban ID 915c0b05 and the reason shown is “Gender Searching”. I only wrote “F or M” without knowing that this was forbidden on the platform. I believe this is a misunderstanding and I did not intend to break the rules. I am especially uncomfortable that the ban screen only offers an instant unban option in exchange for 149 Philippine Pesos, instead of allowing me to explain my situation or appeal properly. I kindly request that my case be reviewed, that my account be unbanned, and that I be given another chance, as I now understand this rule and will follow it from now on. I also ask that the payment request for unbanning be reconsidered in my situation, since the ban happened because I did something I did not know was not allowed.
