Banned From Umingle For "Gender Searching"

I have been using Umingle’s random text chat feature and three days ago I was unexpectedly banned with the reason stated as “gender searching” under ban ID 4255671a. I find this situation unfair and frustrating because I was not repeatedly spamming or “hunting” for a specific gender; I only remember asking if someone was male or female after we had already been talking for a while. I was simply trying to get clarification in the context of the conversation, not immediately sending “m” or similar messages in every new chat. Since this ban, I have been unable to use the random text chat feature at all, and I also cannot use the video call feature anymore. This is particularly upsetting because other similar platforms are full of scammers, and Umingle has been one of the only safe and usable options for me. I believe my behavior was within reasonable limits for normal conversation and did not justify a full ban. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, including the relevant chat logs, and that this ban be removed so that I can continue using the service. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of how this situation was evaluated so that I can avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
