Umingle Ban Appeal for Alleged Gender Searching

I recently received a sudden ban from my Umingle account due to what was described as “gender searching,” and I would like this situation to be reviewed fairly.

The ban was applied without any prior warning and occurred approximately 10 minutes before I submitted this complaint. During my conversations on the platform, I only asked users who specifically wrote that they were “looking for a man” what gender they were looking for in chat. I also clearly stated that I personally am comfortable chatting with any gender.

At no point did I intend to discriminate against anyone, harass users, or violate the platform’s community guidelines. I genuinely believe my questions were misunderstood or incorrectly interpreted as “gender searching.”

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was not provided with any clear explanation or opportunity to correct my behavior before receiving what appears to be a permanent ban. I believe that a warning or temporary restriction would have been a much fairer response rather than immediately blocking my account completely.

I kindly request that Umingle review my account activity and reconsider this ban. I would appreciate having my access restored or, at the very least, receiving a clear and detailed explanation regarding the exact reason behind this decision.

I am fully willing to respect all community guidelines and adjust my behavior if necessary in order to continue using the platform appropriately in the future.
