Appeal To Unban Umingle Account

I am writing regarding my Umingle account on the website version, which was banned on July 6, 2026, with a message related to “gender searching.” I am very confused and upset about this situation, as I do not believe I violated any rules intentionally. Before the ban, I was simply skipping people quickly because I am shy and often feel awkward starting conversations first. I was not trying to misuse the platform or target anyone; I was just struggling with social anxiety and was hesitant to speak. The next day, when I tried to use the site again, I discovered that my account was banned for “gender searching” which I do not fully understand in this context. Umingle is important to me because I am having a hard time socializing in person, and I was using the platform to slowly build confidence in talking to people. Losing access so suddenly, without a clear explanation, has made this even more difficult. My account is registered with the email address: brhixdg***[email protected]. I have already contacted Umingle support by email, but I have not received any response yet. I would like my account ban to be reviewed again, and I kindly request that you remove the ban and restore my access to the platform, or at least clearly explain what specific rule I violated so I can avoid it in the future. I am asking you to please reconsider this decision, as I only want to use Umingle in line with the community guidelines and to improve my ability to communicate with others.
