Umingle Banned My Account for Incorrect Gender Searching Violation

I am 24 years old and I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my Umingle account. Last night at around 10:50 p.m. I was using the app normally, doing video calls just to talk and make friends, when my account was suddenly banned. The reason shown was “gender searching” which I believe is incorrect because I was not violating any of Umingle’s rules while using the app. Before the ban, I did not receive any notification, warning, or explanation from Umingle, and I was very surprised to see that my account was blocked without any prior notice. Since that time, I have been unable to access my account up to now. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed and unbanned, as I believe the “gender searching” reason is a mistake and does not reflect my actual behavior on the platform. I also request a clear explanation of why this ban was applied so that I can understand what happened and avoid any similar issues in the future.
