Umingle Account Banned Without Explanation – 149 Penny Refund Request

I was using Umingle via my Android phone for a video call today, 8 September 2026, when my account was suddenly banned without any explanation. I was not shown any reason or warning message, and I did not engage in any inappropriate or prohibited behavior on the platform. In addition to this, a payment of 149 penny was taken from me on the same day. I was banned and charged at the same time, and I have not received any service in return for this payment. I tried to reach Umingle support about both the unjust ban and the 149 penny charge, but I have not received any response. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the unjust ban be lifted, and the 149 penny payment be refunded to me, or a clear written explanation be provided if my account will not be reinstated.
