I Want My Umingle App Back

I am using the Umingle application and my access to both chat and video call has been banned as of yesterday. When I open the app, I see a “You are banned” message with Ban ID 4de78c19 and the reason is written as “Explicit messages,” and the screen asks me to pay 99 ₹ for “Instant Unban.” I did not send any explicit messages and I was not involved in the behavior claimed by the application. This ban happened without my knowledge or any warning, and I was not given a clear explanation or a chance to defend myself. I find it especially unfair that the only option shown to me is to pay money to remove a ban which I believe is unjust. I request that my Umingle account, including chat and video call features, be unbanned without any payment and that this incorrect ban be removed from my record. I also expect a clear explanation of why this ban was applied and for similar unjust bans not to happen again.
