Umingle Account Banned, I Request Account Review and Unban

I am a regular user of the Umingle website and my account was suddenly banned last night. When I try to log in, I directly see an “account banned” message and I can no longer access my profile or use the service in any way. The only thing that might be related to this ban is that I accidentally wrote “yourra boy or girl” in a conversation. This was not written with bad intent or harassment; it was simply a clumsy way of asking about the other person’s gender and was not meant to violate any rules. However, I was not given any clear explanation or warning from Umingle and I do not know exactly which rule I am supposed to have broken or whether this is a permanent or temporary ban. Since I do not know how to reach Umingle support and have not been able to contact anyone, I am asking for my account to be reviewed. I kindly request that you check the relevant conversation, inform me clearly about the reason for the ban, and if possible lift the ban on my account or at least convert it into a temporary restriction instead of a permanent one.
