Umingle Ban For Asking Gender During Chat Appeal Request

I was banned from the Umingle social platform on June 6, 2026 while I was in the middle of a normal chat, and I would like this situation to be reviewed. During a conversation, I asked the person I was chatting with whether they were male or female, because I could not clearly understand who I was talking to and their gender was not visible to me. Immediately after asking this question, my account was suddenly banned with the reason “Asking for gender” and I was not aware that simply asking this question was against the rules. I did not contact support previously, but I am now reaching out because I believe this was an unintentional mistake rather than malicious behavior. My purpose was only to understand who I was speaking with; I did not intend to disturb, discriminate against, or harass anyone. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and that my Umingle account be unbanned so I can continue using the platform. I also promise that I will fully comply with the platform rules from now on and will not repeat the same behavior if it violates your guidelines. I would appreciate it if my situation could be reconsidered and my access restored.
