Umingle Account Banned After Asking a Simple Profile Question

I am writing to complain about the sudden ban of my account on the Umingle website today. While using the site from India, I simply asked another user whether the kid shown in their profile was a boy or a girl, and shortly after that my account was banned without any prior warning or clear explanation. I did not use any abusive or inappropriate language, and I do not understand how this simple question led to a ban. I have not yet been able to contact support and there was no clear message describing which rule I allegedly violated. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that this ban decision be reviewed. If there is a misunderstanding, I would appreciate being informed about the specific reason so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
