Umingle Account Banned for "Under 18" F11 Trick

I was using the Umingle platform on my Android phone when I was suddenly blocked. A random person tricked me by telling me to type “F11”, and shortly after that my account was blocked without my understanding what was happening. Now when I try to access my account, a message appears saying “You have been blocked” and claiming that the reason is “Under 18”. The same screen is asking me to pay 39.900 Rp to remove the block. I am over 18 and I never received any clear warning or explanation from Umingle before this block appeared, and I do not accept being asked for payment just to regain access. I request that my Umingle account be unblocked without any payment and that my access be restored as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this block occurred and for your security systems to be reviewed so that users cannot be so easily tricked into being blocked.
